Committees

Board of Directors

The ten Board of Directors were seated in October 2010 by County Board resolutions.  Each county has one representative, in addition to three consumers who represent our target groups.

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee was responsible for overseeing the planning process, carrying out the intent and requirements of the State planning grant, advising and consulting with the Fiscal Agent on employment, contractual or other fiscal decisions, drafting a response to the state’s RFP and ensuring readiness to operate a Family Care Managed Care Organization. The Steering Committee voting members are the Directors of the nine human service agencies in the seven counties.  This committee has disbanded.

Elected/Appointed Officials Committee

The Elected/Appointed Officials Committee was responsible for providing oversight to the Family Care development process until October 2010 when the Managed Care Organization was established and the governing board appointed.

Care Management Committee

The Care Management Committee assists with the  development of the Care Management systems, standards and practices for Northeast Wisconsin Family Care. The Committee continues to address systems and processes for transitioning to Family Care and coordination of county and Family Care services.
